Cost Centre Codes
Cost centres now support an optional code alongside their name, making it easier to identify and track departments in your reporting.
- Voucher PDFs: Cost centre codes now appear beneath the voucher reference.
- Terminal, orders and reports: Cost centres display in the format
code - namefor easier identification and reconciliation.
Only the code will appear on vouchers, so customers aren't aware :
Staff Discount Reasons
Staff can now provide a reason when applying a staff discount through the Terminal, giving businesses greater visibility and control over discount activity.
- Optional or mandatory: Enable Require discount reasons under Settings > General to make entering a reason compulsory.
- Improved reporting: Discount reasons are recorded against orders and included in sales and redemptions reports.
